Düspohl at Fensterbau Frontale: all the innovations for glass, windows and doors
Düspohl will be at Fensterbau Frontale 2024 with new solutions to improve the PVC laminating process: MultiWrap Window, PrimeStar, AutoCut, ReelScan and the innovative UnWind System.
Multiwrap Window laminating and more
At Fensterbau Frontale Düspohl will present the MultiWrap Window laminating machine. As is well known, these lines combine high-quality basic equipment with intelligent optional solutions for all applications.
In Nuremberg, Düspohl will present a configuration equipped for laminating window and door profiles with PVC surface materials. Special tools make it possible to wrap the beams. With regard to set-up times, Düspohl will present two new solutions for speeding up preparation of the winding area in a profile wrapping machine.
PrimeStar: discover the revolution
PrimeStar ECOplus is a revolutionary application system for VOC-reduced, NEP and completely pyrrolidone-free primers in the plastics processing industry. The achieved peel values are process-reliable, permanently repeatable and correspond to the current RAL-GZ 716.
Regarding the complexity of the profile geometries, there are no restrictions.
With the innovative PrimeStar ECOplus, the primer is directly applied by a coating head adapted to the profile geometry.
AutoCut: an unmatched slitting machine
At Fensterbau Frontale it will be possible to see AutoCut 700, the innovative, fully automatic slitting machine, ideal for perfect profile lamination. Thanks to automatic knife positioning, it guarantees maximum safety while automatic tension control ensures consistent quality.
ReelScan printer
At Fensterbau Frontale, Düspohl will also present the ReelScan system, the brand-new printer connected to the AutoCut cutter which produces barcode stickers. The codes display information on the length, colour and width of the cut reels. The stickers are attached to the end of the cut reel.
The profile winding line will then be equipped with a scanner so that operators can check if the reel in their possession matches the next profile laminating job.
