Tolerances are minimal, +/- 2 mm and the equipment works independently from upstream machinery.

Easy to use, the touchscreen panel is supplied as standard and features automation of compressed air, cut counter and lubrication monitoring, making everything easier and safer.
SynCut 220/360
This fly cutting solution is recommended for larger elements such as doors, frames, furniture and other types of profiles, and processes at speeds of up to 110 metres/min. Working independently from upstream equipment, it ensures smooth and accurate processing because the transport system is synchronised with the saw.
SynCut 700 / 1000 / 1400
An even larger solution in terms of panelling that can be cut by this machine, ideal for doors, panels made of wood or PVC, as well as furniture elements.
Zero clamping of the boards or panels avoids unwanted marks on the already laminated panels. Diagonal saws ensure a perfect cut and the smart control unit traces the cutting position regardless of the length of the panel. The narrower the board is, the faster the process can be executed.
SynCut V330
This solution deals with vertically wrapped drawers and similar profiles made from wood and wood composites. Designed to accurately separate any length, even at high speed, SynCut V330 is extremely efficient and does not require significant operator intervention. In fact, the operator does not need to re-program the saw when changing from one profile to the next.
SynCut 150G
A fully automated solution designed to separate wrapped PVC profiles without generating chipped material waste. A guillotine cut divides the PVC profiles (e.g. window frames) without profile clamping, so that aesthetically there are no marks or deformities. SynCut 150G can perform an optional double cut to separate the foil exactly at the front and rear edges of the wrapped profiles. This way, you can be sure that - in further processing - sensors will not mistake overhanging foil for a profile edge.
